Job summary

Pineapple is seeking an Aftersales and Quality Control Coordinator to join our team in Aylesford, Kent. This office-based role focuses on managing warranty claims, coordinating repairs and supporting quality control activities for upholstery products.

Training will be provided; graduates with relevant degrees are welcome to apply. You will work closely with the Quality Control & Compliance Supervisor, liaising with sales and service teams globally to ensure excellent customer service and product

Qualifications

• Organised, customer-focused approach to aftersales and QC tasks.
• Experience with warranty claims and repairs coordination preferred.
• Graduate or degree in furniture-related field may be considered.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office and internal systems.
• Manual handling capability required.

Responsibilities

• Handle warranty claims and coordinate repairs for upholstery products.
• Maintain orders in the Operating Management System.
• Liaise with sales across international offices.
• Coordinate collection/delivery and plan works with consumables.
• Provide weekly planning reports and escalate quality issues.
• Support upholstery teams and assist as needed.
• Carry out inspections and assist with quality control processes.
