We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Aftersales & Quality Control Executive to manage warranty claims, coordinate repairs and support quality control activities, this will be mainly focused on upholstery products. You'll handle customer enquiries, product inspections and related administration, ensuring everything is managed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with the Quality Control & Compliance Supervisor, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high product quality standards.
We're happy to consider graduates with a relevant degree who are looking to start their career in aftersales, quality control, compliance or a related field. Relevant degrees could include Furniture Design / Textiles, Fashion Design, Product design Materials Science, Interior Design. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to develop their career within a growing business.
You'll keep warranty and repair activity running smoothly, respond to customers promptly, and ensure quality issues are identified, recorded and resolved efficiently.
