Job summary

Pineapple Contracts is recruiting an Aftersales and Quality Control Coordinator to join our team in Aylesford, Kent. This office-based role supports warranty claims, repairs scheduling and quality control activities for upholstery products.

You will work closely with the Quality Control & Compliance Supervisor, manage orders in our OMS, and liaise with sales across offices to deliver high-quality customer service. Training is provided and a relevant degree or upholstery experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Ideally you have upholstery industry experience or a relevant degree
• Excellent IT skills with Outlook and Excel
• Previous experience working in an Administrative/Customer Support position
• There will be an element of physical work; manual handling training provided
• Analytical with meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle customer warranty claims and repairs details
• Maintain orders in the Operating Management System
• Coordinate with sales teams across international offices
• Arrange collection and delivery of products and plan works
• Order consumables such as fabric and report weekly on planned work
• Escalate quality or service issues to the supervisor with corrective actions
• Occasional customer site visits to carry out repairs
• Assist upholstery teams as required
• Open pallets and perform physical inspections, recording defects
• Communicate inspection findings to suppliers and maintain records
