Pineapple is seeking an Aftersales and Quality Control Coordinator to join our team in Aylesford. You’ll manage warranty claims, coordinate repairs and support quality control for upholstery products, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.

The role offers full-time permanent employment, office-based at our Kent site, with training provided and opportunities to develop within a growing business. You’ll need strong IT skills (Outlook and Excel), customer-focused approach and good communication,

Qualifications

• Experience in handling warranty claims and coordinating repairs.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle warranty claims and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain orders in the Operating Management System.
• Liaise with sales teams and other departments to arrange collection/delivery.
• Perform upholstery repairs and site visits as needed.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and report issues.
