Job summary

Huntress seeks a Quality & Customer Support Coordinator in Sittingbourne to join a growing team. The role blends customer service, coordination, administration and quality support, handling customer queries, coordinating inspections and maintaining records.

You will support QC inspectors, manage inspection results, raise non-conformances, arrange samples, assist with sales information and contribute to product launches and reporting for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, coordination, manufacturing or quality background.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact for customer queries by phone and email.
• Coordinating inspections and supporting QC Inspectors with the information they need.
• Managing inspection results and updating internal systems.
• Raising and issuing non-conformance reports.
• Arranging samples and parts for customers.
• Supporting the External Sales team with customer information.
• Producing regular reports and information for the wider business.
• Helping coordinate new product launches.
• Assisting with customer visits and quality projects.
• Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
