Search is recruiting an Aftersales Customer Coordinator to support an award-winning After Sales Technical Team in Bridgend. The role focuses on handling customer issues, processing credits and returns, and coordinating investigations.

Training will be provided, with a clear path for skills development within a manufacturing market leader. The position offers permanent, office-based work hours Monday to Friday, with a salary of £27,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-focused and able to manage complex issues with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Customer Complaint & Issue Resolution: manage complaints, returns, credits and after-sales issues from receipt through to resolution.
• Investigation & Root Cause Analysis: conduct investigations, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify trends and risks from customer feedback and service performance to prevent recurrence.
• Customer Communication: maintain professional communication with customers and manage expectations.
• Credits, Returns & Claims Management: coordinate end-to-end returns, credits and claims.
