Confidential is seeking an Aftersales Coordinator in the East Midlands to support customers with ongoing service and aftersales requirements. The role involves handling enquiries, arranging repairs and coordinating contractors in a busy environment.

You will liaise with customers for updates, prepare quotations, and maintain precise records of activities and communications. Previous exposure to project-based work and ERP/CRM usage are advantageous.
