This role features a £30,000 base, rising to £36,000 with progression, plus an uncapped commission scheme with £45,000 OTE. No prior sales experience is required, and you’ll work with a supportive team that rewards performance

• Existing customers only; no cold calling.
• Ambitious and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers who recently took out a policy to understand if their cover still meets their needs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Build rapport, handle objections and create value in each interaction.
