Protect Line Limited in Bournemouth is hiring an Aftersales Executive to turn conversations into earnings. You’ll talk with customers who recently bought a policy to ensure it still fits their needs, identify opportunities to improve cover, and upsell where appropriate.

This role features a £30,000 base, rising to £36,000 with progression, plus an uncapped commission scheme with £45,000 OTE. No prior sales experience is required, and you’ll work with a supportive team that rewards performance

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll speak with customers who have recently taken out a policy, taking the time to understand whether their cover still meets their needs and expectations. Using great questioning techniques, active listening and attention to detail, you’ll uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, helping customers find solutions that better suit their circumstances. Each interaction is a standalone conversation, so you’ll need to quickly build rapport, handle objections and create value in the moment. If you enjoy influencing decisions, overcoming challenges and turning conversations into results, you’ll fit right in.
