ELP Consult Ltd. in London is seeking an Aftersales Performance Manager to lead the creation of a complete reporting suite for the sales function. You will report to the Head of Sales and use strong analytical skills to deliver critical data to the team.

The role covers supplier relationship management, tender processes, and developing industry-leading dashboards with Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint, while presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Extensive experience in analytics or data-driven roles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and VBA.
• Strong data storytelling and ability to present to senior management.
• Excellent attention to detail with large datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Report creation: Creating an entire suite of reporting from scratch to ensure data is readily available for the field and management teams, with regular management packs to senior stakeholders.
• Insight development: Using Power BI, PowerPoint and Excel to develop dashboards and reports from multiple data sources.
• Report distribution: Emailing key reports to field teams and retailer management in a timely manner to support performance management.
• Forecasting: Creating and sharing weekly forecast reports based on retailer submissions.
• Supplier management: Acting as the point of contact for external suppliers and ensuring SLAs are met.
• Tender management: Managing tender processes for new suppliers for activities like mystery shop and customer experience management.
