Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in aftersales operations or data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support Aftersales leadership in consolidating and reviewing regional and departmental performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs including customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue, and parts sales.
• Produce analytical summaries highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect, manage, and analyse operational data from regional and head office aftersales teams.
• Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
• Organise and coordinate regular management meetings, reviews, and workshops.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior management.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and support implementation of more efficient processes.
• Assist with new systems and reporting tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across aftersales.
