Job summary

Allen Motor Group is seeking an Aftersales Manager for the Ford Transit Centre in Slough. The role oversees a fast-paced service department, driving profits and customer satisfaction in a full-time permanent position with a basic salary up to £48,000 and an OTE of £60,000, plus a company vehicle.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead KPI delivery, customer service excellence, and workshop efficiency while developing the team’s skills and progression within Allen Motor Group.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive service/aftersales manager in a franchised dealership.
• Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good at resolving customer issues; warranty knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of KPI’s for the service department.
• Maintain understanding of consumer and local market influences.
• Engage the aftersales team to deliver commercial results and exceptional customer service.
• Drive workshop performance to maximise efficiency.

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Manager to join our Ford Transit Centre in Slough. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced service department, focusing on performance in both profits and customer satisfaction. This position is offered on a full‑time permanent basis with a basic salary of up to £48,000 with an OTE of £60,000, a company provided vehicle. This position reports to the General Manager.

Previous Experience

To be considered for this position will you have strong previous experience as an automotive service/aftersales manager ideally from a franchised dealership. We also look for the following skills and experience:

• Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team
• Fantastic organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
• An ability to overcome customer issues
• Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous
