Job summary

Allen Motor Group, at our Ford Transit Centre in Slough, is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead a dynamic service department and drive profits and customer satisfaction. The role is full-time, permanent, with a basic salary up to £48,000 and an OTE of £60,000, plus a company vehicle.

You will report to the General Manager and oversee KPI achievement, workshop performance, and the development of team members, while delivering exceptional customer service and managing warranty procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as automotive service/aftersales manager in a franchised dealership.
• Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of KPI’s for all service department members.
• Maintaining an understanding of all relevant consumer and local market influences.
• Engage the aftersales team to deliver commercial result and exceptional customer service.
• Drive the performance of the workshop team to maximise efficiency.
• Develop the skills and career progression of current and new team members.

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Manager to join our Ford Transit Centre in Slough. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced service department, focusing on performance in both profits and customer satisfaction. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of up to £48,000 with an OTE of £60,000, a company provided vehicle. This position reports to the General Manager.

Previous Experience

To be considered for this position will you have strong previous experience as an automotive service/aftersales manager ideally from a franchised dealership. We also look for the following skills and experience:

• Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team
• Fantastic organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
• An ability to overcome customer issues
• Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous
