Job summary

The role focuses on developing the Aftersales strategy, utilising the team to capture revenue streams and uphold standards.

Key responsibilities include KPI tracking, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with emphasis on leadership, customer service, and team development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Aftersales leadership position.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and departmental performance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all areas of responsibility achieve and maximise profit margins within their objectives/annual budget.
• Lead and motivate the After Sales team, taking steps to create a professional and customer-focused environment.
• Continually review the financial situation, examining accounts, daily and weekly operating controls and dealer figures, with KPI analysis.
• Monitor compliance with statutory regulations and ensure brand quality and service standards are met.
• Perform analysis to identify weaknesses and implement targeted marketing actions.
• Use external analysis to perform internal benchmarking to stay competitive.
• Ensure that company HR policies are followed correctly.
• Ensure compliance with consumer law, trade descriptions, and insurance regulations.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with H&S legislation.
