• Ensure profitable operation of the Service Department within budget.
• Lead and motivate the After Sales team to deliver a customer-focused environment.
• Review financials, controls, KPI benchmarks and take corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and brand quality.
• Analyse performance and drive targeted marketing activity.
• Conduct internal analysis to stay competitive in the market.
• Ensure HR policies are followed.
• Adhere to consumer law, trade descriptions and insurance regulations.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with H&S legislation.
