Marshall Skoda Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the service department and deliver outstanding customer outcomes while driving profitability.

You'll oversee day-to-day operations, coach a diverse team, and manage departmental finances in collaboration with the Head of Business. The role offers a competitive package, a full-time 45-hour week, and extensive training and progression opportunities within Marshall Motor Group.

Formación

• Experience as Aftersales or Service Manager in service operations.
• Ability to manage a large diverse team and set clear expectations.
• Excellent customer service and analytical skills.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer and industry standards.
• Customer-centric attitude and positive working environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Service department, driving productivity and efficiency.
• Lead, coach and inspire a team of Technicians, Service advisors, Parts and others to meet targets.
• Accountability for departmental financials, working with Head of Business to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Foster a positive team culture and drive performance and development.
