Lookers in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking an ambitious Aftersales Manager to lead the aftersales team and drive customer service excellence. You will report to the General Manager, oversee Service Advisors, Technicians and the Parts team, and shape a high-performing department in a busy, premium automotive environment.
You will coach and motivate the team, develop long-lasting customer relationships, and ensure upselling targets and KPI monitoring are achieved.
Competenze
- Experience in premium automotive aftersales and service environments.
- Proven track record in transactional aftersales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Full UK driving licence is required for this role.
Mansioni
- Guide, train and appraise the service team to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
- Maximise customer satisfaction by treating customers as individuals and delivering an exceptional service experience.
- Monitor department performance against budget and implement plans to improve results.
- Analyse local market statistics to identify opportunities within the territory.
- Organise departmental forecasts and reports in a clear and timely manner.
- Manage and own our Customer Satisfaction metrics.
