Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager for a PLC volume franchise dealer in Aberdeen. You will oversee the busy aftersales department, supporting front-of-house activities and overall team management to ensure exceptional service delivery.

The role includes leading the team, resolving issues, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance with policies. DMS system proficiency and strong customer service skills are essential, along with a UK driving licence

Competenze

• Extensive experience within a franchise main dealer service department (supervisory level).
• Strong knowledge of DMS systems.
