ASI Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Manager / Aftersales Manager in Horsham, West Sussex. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive £45,000-£55,000 basic salary plus a £10,000-£12,000 annual bonus, with Monday to Friday hours.

The role requires taking overall responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the Aftersales department within an established automotive business.

• Strong understanding of workshop profitability and labour recovery.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and driving productivity.
• Manage budgets, profitability and KPIs for the Aftersales department.
• Lead, develop and motivate the Aftersales team.
• Balance retail servicing with internal vehicle preparation and repairs.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and compliance.
