Job summary

Perfect Placement is recruiting an experienced Aftersales Manager for a reputable Bristol dealership. You will lead a large aftersales team, drive service performance and customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The role offers a strong salary starting around £50,000 with uncapped bonuses leading to £70,000+ OTE, a personal company car, and excellent benefits within a supportive, family-run motor group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager in a car dealership.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Understanding of workshop operations and customer service standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• IT literacy with dealership software.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Residency within reasonable commuting distance of Bristol.
• Experience with premium marques desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team comprising 16-17 staff members, including the Parts Manager and Assistant Service Manager.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department, ensuring efficiency and high standards of customer service.
• Maximise workshop productivity and labour sales.
• Implement and uphold policies to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen the dealership's reputation.
• Support colleagues through effective leadership and training as needed.
• Ensure all processes are in line with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
• Monitor department targets and report on performance metrics.
• Maintain high levels of team motivation and operational consistency.

• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Residing within a reasonable commuting distance of Bristol
• Experience working with premium marques is desirable but not essential
