Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking an Aftersales Manager for Bath. You will manage the aftersales operation to maximise workshop utilisation and labour sales, reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager in a medium/large franchise car dealership.
• Ability to manage and support colleagues.

• IT literacy.
• UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Experience with premium marques desirable but not essential.

Aftersales Manager - Bath

Salary: Around £60,000 per annum, pending experience, with uncapped on-target earnings to increase your salary.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm. Occasional Saturday mornings required, subject to business demand.

Our client is a premium franchise-approved car dealership located in the Bath region.

Key Duties

• Report to the General Manager, proactively manage the aftersales operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and efficient sale of labour.
• Manage and support colleagues; drive and determination to maintain policies that continually improve customer satisfaction and the client’s reputation.
• Ensure operations are efficient and professional, and policies are continually improved.

Qualifications

• Strong and consistent experience working as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a medium to large franchise-approved car dealership.
• Effective in managing and supporting colleagues.
• Drive and determination to maintain policies that continually improve customer satisfaction and reputation.
• IT literacy.
• UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Experience working with a premium marque desirable, but non-essential.
