Qualifications

  • Proven track record in an After Sales Manager or Senior Service Manager role within a franchised dealership.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of workshop and parts operations.
  • Confident in driving KPIs including labour efficiency, upsell, and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiar with DMS systems such as Kerridge/CDK, Pinewood, or similar.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Valid UK driving licence.

Overview

Aftersales Manager for a franchised motor dealership in the Wigan area. Location: Wigan. Salary: Flex DOE - £45-50k base + bonus + company car + benefits. Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent. Sector: Automotive / Main Dealer.

Role

As After Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Aftersales department, including service, parts, and warranty operations. You\u2019ll drive performance, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and support the growth of the dealership\u2019s profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the service and parts teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve targets
  • Manage workshop efficiency, productivity, and loading
