Job summary

D. M. Keith is seeking an ambitious Aftersales Controller to join our Changan Wakefield operation.

You will own the day-to-day Aftersales, coordinating workshop activity, managing parts, and developing the retail side of the business. Based at Wakefield, you will work with three technicians in a growing operation, drive customer service and profitability, and have the autonomy to shape processes while supported by the wider Aftersales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aftersales operations or workshop management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to drive profitability and efficiency in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control the daily workshop workload.
• Allocate work across technicians and monitor productivity.
• Manage customer bookings, repairs, parts and warranty activity.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and increase workshop capacity.
