• Prior customer-facing experience, preferably in automotive retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; database experience desirable.
• Able to follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for service, MOT, and aftersales bookings.
• Build rapport and relationships to boost loyalty and retention.
• Develop product and service knowledge to confidently promote offerings.
