Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend inbound and outbound calls for service, MOT, vehicle maintenance and other bookings.
• Build authentic relationships and strong rapport with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
• Be an expert on products and services to represent the brand with pride.
• Proactively follow up on marketing campaigns.
• Keep systems up to date in line with database protocols.
