Job summary

Stratstone Porsche in Wolverhampton is recruiting a Bookings Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers, listening to their needs and recommending suitable services. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls for service, MOT, vehicle maintenance and other aftersales bookings while building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in automotive
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient with computer systems and MS Office, database experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for service, MOT, vehicle maintenance and other bookings
• Build authentic relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
• Ensure systems stay up to date in line with database protocols and guidelines
