Job summary

Stratstone Wilmslow Porsche is seeking a Bookings Advisor to handle inbound/outbound calls for service, MOT and aftersales bookings, while delivering exceptional customer care at our Wilmslow dealership. The role focuses on listening to customer needs and recommending suitable products, building lasting relationships and brand loyalty.

• Prior customer-facing experience, preferably in automotive retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; database experience desirable.

At Porsche, our Bookings Advisors are the first point of contact for our customers, attentively listening to their needs and recommending suitable products and services. You’ll conduct inbound and outbound calls for service, MOT, vehicle maintenance and other aftersales-related bookings whilst building strong relationships with our customers ensuring that their satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities

• Expertly managing inbound and outbound calls with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing profitability
• Building authentic relationships and strong rapport with every customer, with a key focus on enhancing customer loyalty and retention
• Being a true expert and fully knowledgeable on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence
• Proactively conducting follow-up calls related to divisional marketing campaigns
• Ensuring systems stay up to date in accordance with database protocols and guidelines

Qualifications

• Equipped with previous customer‑facing experience, preferably with knowledge of the automotive industry
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with our customers
• Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages, database experience is desirable
• Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols
• Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
