Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor in the UK to join our dealership network. You will manage communications between customers and the workshop, ensuring a premium customer experience and smooth information flow.

We welcome candidates with at least 1 year in a service advisory role, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. RTC/Kerridge/ADP experience is preferred, training provided.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service, strive to exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication skills by telephone, email and in person.
• Minimum 1 year service advisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer communications and interactions between dealership and customers.
• Identify service needs and agree work, time frames with customers.
• Liaise with workshop to confirm completion times and relay updates.
• Carry out vehicle inspections for damage and inform customers.
