BCA, the UK's largest B2B used vehicle service, is recruiting for an onsite Site Operations role. You will deliver industry-leading customer service to buyers, manage the Click & Collect process, and provide a professional front-of-house service while resolving queries and complaints efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle production administration, including accurate data entry and document management
• Manage the Click & Collect process, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for buyers and hauliers
• Provide a professional front-of-house service to customers and site visitors
• Support buyers by resolving queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Work closely with the central claims team to ensure issues are handled promptly and recorded accurately
• Respond to and action requests from the central call centre efficiently

Main purpose of the role
