Allscreens Nationwide Ltd seeks an Aftersales Advisor for a busy Blackpool dealership. You will be the first point of contact for service and parts customers, handling bookings, inquiries and service paperwork while delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties of an Aftersales Advisor

• Serve as the first point of contact for service and parts customers, delivering outstanding customer service
• Manage customer bookings, enquiries, and service-related paperwork efficiently
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle servicing and repairs
• Process payments and follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist retail and trade customers with parts requirements and stock enquiries
• Liaise with technicians and service advisors to ensure parts availability for workshop jobs
• Receive, check, and accurately record parts into stock, ensuring stock levels and inventory records are maintained
• Keep pricing structures and stock records up to date
• Ensure the service department is well-presented and maintained to high standards
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey

Requirements of an Aftersales Advisor

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor within the motor industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
