Job summary

Shelbourne Motors in Newry is seeking an Aftersales Administrator to join our busy aftersales team. You will support the Workshop Controller, manage workshop workflow, review job cards, and ensure warranty standards are met while focusing on safety, quality and customer service.

Experience in a franchised dealership is preferred, with IT/system proficiency and a full UK driving licence. The role is based in Newry with regular hours and some weekend work as described.

Qualifications

• Experience as an administrator in a franchised dealership.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• IT / systems experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with focus on efficiency, quality & customer service.
• Full clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Workshop Controller to manage and control daily workshop workflow.
• Review all job cards 72 hours in advance to ensure resources are ready.
• Support 100% Vehicle Health Check (VHC) completion.
• Plan daily workflow and reassign work via Keyloop as required.
• Allocate jobs effectively to maximise technician efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturer warranty standards.
• Manage all aftersales sales lines, including recalls and parts ordering.
• Maintain a safe, clean and high-quality work environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
