My client one of the leading Commercial Main Dealers globally is looking to expand their service department and requires an experienced Aftersales Administrator for their Cross Hands Depot.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries by phone and email.

• Open, update, and close job cards or booking files.
• Track shipments, parts, and stock levels.
• Check retail invoices, process warranty claims, and handle vendor recovery.
