In this office-based role you will proactively sell products, parts and services, liaise with suppliers, engineers and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery, maintain accurate records,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent customer interface skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable handling order processing, enquiries, and upselling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell our products, parts, and services to our established customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend valuable aftermarket solutions.
• Liaise with suppliers, engineers, and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and correct transfer of information.
• Ensure long‑term customer satisfaction and positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Provide ongoing product life-cycle support after sale and machine acceptance.
• Prepare offers and quotations to assist the Life-Cycle Management department.
• Maintain accurate customer records and correct information as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and follow up on quotes.
