Job summary

The Manitowoc Company, Inc. is seeking a Parts Specialist to be based in our UK office in Buckingham.

You will support the Mobile (Grove products) Product support Team in parts sales and provide timely quotations and technical guidance on spare parts. Key requirements include experience in aftermarket and technical customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office (SAP preferable), strong communication, and a customer-focused, well-organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Promote aftermarket offering for Service & Spare Parts Mobile Customers.
• Provide timely and updated quotations for parts for internal and external customers.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams about spare parts needed.
• Monitor the stocking of parts to ensure correct parts are stored at Buckingham.
• Support Service department with the identification of spare parts and ordering.

Main Responsibilities in the Role

• Promote aftermarket offering for Service & Spare Parts Mobile Customers
