Job summary

Clark Contracts Ltd in Scotland is seeking a proactive Aftercare Manager to oversee the post-completion phase of housing projects. You will coordinate the aftercare process, conduct site handovers, and ensure timely resolutions to defects.

You will monitor client satisfaction, manage warranties, prepare reports, and liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to uphold quality and a strong reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Aftercare, Customer Care, or Defects Management role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of post-completion procedures and defect liability processes.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities across multiple sites.
• Good knowledge of UK construction practices and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the aftercare process across housing projects and ensure timely actions.
• Conduct site visits and handovers with clients and subcontractors.
• Manage warranties and coordinate defect rectification.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure accurate billing for additional work.
