Job summary

Web Recruit Ltd is seeking a caring, patient support worker to assist two children aged 10 and 7 in Borehamwood after school and at weekends. You will help with personal care, observations and their therapy programmes, in a family home alongside Mum, Dad and their dog.

Previous experience with complex behavioural needs and incontinence support is ideal. Roles are three after-school sessions on weekdays and one weekend daytime session; additional hours may be available during school holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children with complex behavioural presentations would be ideal.
• Experience supporting with incontinence management and pad changes would also be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, observations and completing therapy programmes for two children.
• Support three after-school sessions each week and one weekend daytime session.
