Responsibilities

• Define requirements for aerothermal, ensuring accurate flow-down of higher-level requirements.
• Perform technical analysis of gas path aerothermal functionality at sub-system and component level.
• Specify appropriate test and measurement activity, calibrate models against data, quantify uncertainty.
• Integrate gas path aerothermal systems with adjacent areas to optimise assemblies.
• Define concepts for gas path aerothermal systems and evaluate via analytical methods for robust trades.
