You will work in a collaborative SEIT team applying MBSE, managing requirements, interfaces, and verification activities, while supporting proposals and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience across Systems Engineering elements: requirements mgmt, interface mgmt, architecture, MBSE, V&V.
• Exposure to MBSE modelling tools and structured modelling for requirements and architecture.
• Willingness to develop MBSE knowledge and modelling standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirement spec development with cross-functional teams.
• Develop system solutions using MBSE and trade studies; own work packages.
• Support ITEA plans and artefacts; prepare inputs and docs.
• Manage technical baselines and change control with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain system engineering artefacts with increasing autonomy.
• Support governance activities: metrics, reporting, risk management.
