Job summary

The Boeing Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Systems Engineer to apply systems engineering principles across proposals and delivery, translating customer needs into effective solutions within multidisciplinary teams.

You will work with MBSE approaches, manage requirements, interfaces, and system models, and contribute to integration, test and acceptance activities while supporting governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience across elements of Systems Engineering including requirements management, interface management, systems architecture, MBSE, integration of specialist disciplines, and V&V.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and refinement of requirement specifications with cross‑functional teams.
• Assist in developing system solutions using MBSE and Trade Studies with defined work packages.
• Support creation of plans and artefacts for ITEA activities, preparing inputs or documentation.
• Help manage technical baselines including configuration and change control, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain systems engineering artefacts with increasing autonomy for assigned tasks.
• Contribute to technical management and governance activities (metrics, reporting, risk/issue management).
• Collaborate with Customer representatives and global partners for structured inputs and engagement activities.
• Apply and tailor engineering initiatives, best practices and quality processes, identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
