You will drive performance, mentor engineers, and oversee resource planning to meet current and future workloads while maintaining high standards of safety and quality in a dynamic defence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in multisite or cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Systems Engineering team, including line management and HR activities.
• Oversee delivery of Systems Engineering work across programmes and bids.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan resources and schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Build networks across the Enterprise to support delivery and capability growth.
