Job summary

Mirus Aircraft Seating in the United Kingdom is seeking an Engineering Programme Manager to coordinate the end-to-end fulfilment of customer orders for aircraft passenger seats. You will drive on-time delivery, balance cost and weight, and maintain quality from programme assignment through execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage performance, cost and lead-times, and present updates to the executive team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project/programme management experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Hands-on experience in quality processes within an NPI environment.
• Proficiency with project planning software such as MS Project.
• Understanding of moving engineered products from design through certification to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and establish the framework for all activities to fulfil assigned customer orders for aircraft passenger seats.
• Manage all aspects of the programme(s): performance, cost, quality and lead-time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timelines and activities are met.
• Present regular updates to the executive team via clear presentations and channels.
• Ensure smooth execution of programs from start to finish.
• Track and control programme cost drivers.
