Job summary

Mirus Aircraft Seating is seeking an NPI Executive to drive procurement for new product introductions and ongoing programmes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality and Production to ensure supplier readiness, on-time delivery and cost efficiency from prototype through to full production.

You will source suppliers, negotiate terms, manage material procurement information, and maintain accurate ERP data while creating tracking tools and KPIs to report progress to

Qualifications

• Proven experience in programmes/purchasing buyer roles.
• Experience in aerospace or regulated engineering environment.
• Strong data-driven reporting and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement for NPI projects across pre-production to delivery.
• Plan development, set goals, and create work plans with teams.
• Ensure manufacturability, cost targets and quality standards.
• Source and develop suppliers to meet aerospace requirements.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and supply agreements for best value.
• Attend purchasing meetings and align with timelines.
• Liaise between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Maintain ERP data (BOMs, lead times, costings).
• Create programme tracking tools, KPIs and gateway reviews.
• Identify and report procurement risks and opportunities.
