Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead an Integrated Project Team across multiple Product Lines within the Advanced Products unit. You will drive complex, high-profile projects from conception through delivery, ensuring schedule, budget and quality targets are met while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will mentor junior project managers, manage risks and opportunities, and collaborate with national and international customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a technical, manufacturing or project management related discipline, or with equivalent non-academic experience.
• A recognized project management qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience in setting up and executing complex projects to schedule, budget and quality with P&L accountability.
• Strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and management of a high performing Integrated Project Team.
• Execute and support a range of technically challenging high-profile projects.
• Establish and grow relationships with customers.
• Ensure on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction and high-quality deliverables.
