Job summary

Raytheon UK in Scotland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technically challenging development and production projects within the Power team. You will drive cross-functional Integrated Project Teams to deliver milestones, manage customer relationships and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

Based on a hybrid working pattern, the role offers exposure to national and international customers, with opportunities to influence programs from concept through execution while

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in technical/manufacturing/project management; PM qualification desirable.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects to schedule, budget and quality with P&L.
• Experience resolving issues to complete projects on time and within cost.
• Strong scope management and ability to translate customer requirements.
• Ability to make decisions using project performance data and metrics.
• Experience in project financial management and reporting.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of risk and opportunity management techniques.
