Job summary

RTX in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join the Power team within Advanced Products. You will lead cross-functional Integrated Project Teams, monitor milestones, and establish strong relationships with customers both nationally and internationally in a hybrid role based in Glenrothes or surrounding sites.

The role emphasizes delivery, on-time performance, and high-quality outputs while enabling broad exposure to customers, suppliers, and RTX programs.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a technical, manufacturing or PM discipline.
• Experience in setting up and executing complex projects to schedule, budget and quality with P&L accountability.
• Proven ability to manage issues and deliver projects on time and within cost.
• Effective scope management and alignment with customer requirements.
• Ability to interpret project data to guide decisions and corrective actions.
• Experience in project financial management and reporting.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of risk and opportunity management techniques and tools.
