Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a mid-senior Transformation Delivery Manager to lead key transformation initiatives across the organisation. This hands-on delivery role focuses on delivering complex change, process redesign, system implementations, and governance improvements within the REPM framework.

Reporting to the IBP Lead, you will manage projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and benefits, while collaborating with stakeholders to maximise

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end delivery of transformation or major change programmes.
• Strong project management skills across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering process, systems, or operating model changes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Self-motivated, delivery-focused, able to work independently and obtain SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of assigned transformation initiatives from mobilisation to handover.
• Develop and maintain robust project plans with milestones, risks, benefits.
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear ownership and accountability.
• Governance, reporting, and assurance per PM standards.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Engage stakeholders across operations and leadership.
• Support process standardisation, system implementations, operating model redesign.
• Manage change impacts and adoption of delivered outcomes.
• Prepare and present updates to senior stakeholders.
