Job summary

RTX Raytheon UK is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Complex Sub-Assemblies Product Line within an Integrated Project Team. You will coordinate activities, support governance, and ensure effective communication among customers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive on-time, high-quality deliverables.

Working in a Hybrid environment across UK sites, you will assist with schedule management, risk and opportunity tracking, and collaboration with the Programme Manager to deliver

Qualifications

Degree in technical/manufacturing or project management discipline or equivalent experience.
Proven track record delivering projects to schedule, budget and quality.
Awareness of risk and opportunity management concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities, support governance, and manage milestones and deliverables.
Manage logistics, supplier engagement and customer communications.
Support cost reporting, EAC reviews and governance material preparation.
Prepare minutes, action trackers and summaries for IPTs and programme reviews.
