Job summary

RTX Raytheon UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager within the Power team of the Advanced Products unit. You will lead cross-functional Integrated Project Teams, manage delivery of high-profile development or production projects, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

The role is hybrid, based in the UK, with on-site and off-site work and opportunities to visit customers both nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

Degree in a technical, manufacturing or project-management related discipline or equivalent experience.
Recognised project-management qualification highly desirable.
Proven track record delivering complex projects to schedule, budget and quality with P&L accountability.
Experience managing issues and corrective actions to complete within cost/time constraints.
Strong scope management and ability to translate customer requirements into action.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional Integrated Project Teams to monitor and control delivery against milestones.
Deliver projects with on-time delivery, high quality results and customer satisfaction.
Establish and grow relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers.
Manage and report project performance, risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
