The Raytheon UK Advanced Products team has a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, high performing and experienced Assistant Project Manager to provide support and direction, as part of a high performing Integrated Project Team. Working within the Complex Sub-Assemblies Product Line The Assistant Project Manager provides critical support in the successful delivery of complex programmes by coordinating project activities, supporting governance processes, and ensuring effective communication across internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Working closely with the Programme Manager and Integrated Project Team (IPT), this role contributes to programme execution, commercial activities, schedule management, and customer engagement while ensuring compliance with export governance requirements and contractual obligations. As a valuable member of the Advanced Products team this Project Management role is pivotal both in the growth of the Raytheon UK business, and in the success of RTX US in supporting their customer during this time of significantly increased demand. Success will require customer focused innovative thinking, forward planning, strong communication, resilience and an ability to react quickly to changes. As a valuable member of the Advanced Products team this Assistant Project Management role is pivotal in identifying and securing new opportunities, working collaboratively with the wider company and creating an inclusive environment for the team to grow. As part of the day-to-day activities the role requires assisting in the delivery of complex and challenging projects, ensuring on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction, and high-quality deliverables.
