Qualifications

• Project management qualification or substantial practical experience.
• Exceptional coordination, pace and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programmes from initiation through delivery and transition.
• Develop baselines: scope, schedule, risks, dependencies and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver objectives.
• Engage with customers during prototype maturation, trials and demonstrations.
• Ensure prototypes meet safety, regulatory and airworthiness requirements.
• Ensure programme activities align with standards and lifecycle processes.
• Drive risk and opportunity management with mitigations.
• Facilitate decision-making with timely programme information.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships across the lifecycle.
• Lead programme reviews, stage gates and readiness assessments.
• Ensure effective change control and configuration management.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best-practice management.
• Support investment cases, bids and growth through programme expertise.
• Maintain focus on strategic objectives and high standards of compliance.
